MeisterSinger Perigraph White Dial / Brown Leather Strap AM1001G

MeisterSinger was founded in 2001 and takes its name from a group of middle-class poets and singers from the 15th and 16th Century. The brand’s logo is a fermata, the symbol for rest in musical notation. MeisterSinger is heavily inspired by the first mechanical clocks of the Middle Ages as they only had one hand. During this period of history, people had no need for precise timing, so an idea of the time would suffice. By adopting this philosophy, the brand allows the wearer to focus on the quality of their time, rather than the quantity. This places an acute awareness on how time is spent instead of how quickly it passes. MeisterSinger aims for simplicity and clarity in all of its designs. Considered one of the brand’s classic collections, the Perigraph collection features a range of considerately designed but highly functional watches. At the centrepiece of each dial design is the date chapter ring, which makes one full rotation each month. For clarity, the current date is indicated by a subtle arrow at the 12 o’clock position on the dial. The watches in the Perigraph Collection all have the iconic MeisterSinger single-hand design.
A defining characteristic of this collection is the date chapter ring encircling the centre of the dial.
These models all feature a sapphire crystal to protect the dial.
Each watch in the collection has an exhibition case back, allowing the wearer to observe and enjoy the movement that powers the watch. This is made of mineral glass.
All of the Perigraph watches are water-resistant up to 50 metres (5 bar).

This model features a glossy white dial with a recessed inner date chapter ring.
The dial exhibits gold double-digit Arabic numeral indices.
A stainless steel case frames the dial. It measures 43mm in diameter and 11.5 in thickness.
This watch is powered by a Swiss Made Sellita SW200 automatic movement with a power reserve of 38 hours. The movement has been modified to accommodate MeisterSinger’s single-hand design.
This model is finished with a brown cowhide leather strap with crocodile texture and contrast stitching detail. It fastens with a standard buckle.
