Echoing Longines' commitment to its vast watchmaking heritage, the Longines Spirit Flyback revives the flyback movement that was first used by the brand in 1925. Unlike conventional chronographs, a flyback function allows the wearer to stop, reset and restart the chronograph hand with one press. Historically, this function was incredibly convenient for pilots. The flyback allowed them to time each flight stage in a quick and practical way, in order to aid with navigation.
